Angela Flintz
Co-Owner
As a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience and a Certified Dementia Practitioner, I have dedicated my career to improving the quality of life for the elderly and other vulnerable members of our community. For the past 10 years, I've had the privilege of owning and operating Assisting Hands Home Care, a home care agency that reflects my passion for providing compassionate and personalized care.
My journey into home care began during my time as a Home Health Nurse. I saw firsthand the struggles many of my clients faced—whether it was difficulty with bathing, preparing meals, running errands, or managing daily activities. These challenges often threatened their ability to remain safely at home, where they felt most comfortable. Witnessing their need for more support, I felt a strong calling to do more.
That’s why I chose to focus on home care, where I could make a real difference in helping individuals maintain their independence and dignity. My goal is to ensure that each person I care for receives the support they need to live safely and comfortably in their own homes, surrounded by the familiar environment they cherish. It’s not just about providing care—it’s about enhancing lives and making sure every client feels valued and respected.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Communication Management and have been passionately involved in the home care industry for over 10 years as the owner and operator of Assisting Hands Home Care alongside Angela. My journey into home care was driven by a deep commitment to ensuring that the elderly and vulnerable members of our community receive the highest quality of care possible.
At Assisting Hands Home Care, I focus on creating an environment where our clients can maintain their independence and dignity while receiving personalized, compassionate care in the comfort of their own homes. My goal is to ensure that every individual we serve feels valued, supported, and respected. I am dedicated to continuously improving our services to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering a nurturing and safe environment that enhances their quality of life.

Taylor Havis
Community Relations Coordinator
I’m Taylor, the Community Relations Coordinator at Assisting Hands Home Care, and I’m thrilled to be serving the community I’ve called home all my life. With nearly a decade of experience in the medical field as a medical assistant, I’ve had the privilege of working directly with physicians and providing hands-on patient care in their offices. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the importance of compassionate, personalized care.
I’m also a proud wife to Justin and a mom to two wonderful kids, Eli and Norah. Family means everything to me, and I’m lucky to have been born and raised in Jasper, surrounded by a large family that remains active and involved in our community. In my role, I spend my days building relationships within our community and educating others about the services we offer at Assisting Hands Home Care. I have a special place in my heart for our Veterans. In honor of my late Poppy, who was a proud and active veteran in our community, I help coordinate Veterans events to ensure they receive the recognition and respect they deserve.
