We’re Derek and Angela Flintz, a husband-and-wife team driven by a shared passion for delivering exceptional home care to elderly individuals and their families. With over 35 years of combined experience in nursing, communication management, and home care, we've devoted our lives to ensuring that your loved ones receive the highest quality care—right where they feel most comfortable—at home.
Our journey into home care is deeply personal. When Derek’s grandfather was diagnosed with dementia, we witnessed firsthand the emotional toll it took on him and our family. Watching his decline in a nursing home, where engagement and interaction were lacking, fueled our commitment to creating a better alternative: personalized, compassionate care in the comfort of one’s own home. We understand the emotional challenges families face when caring for a loved one with dementia or other age-related conditions, and we’ve made it our mission to provide the kind of nurturing care that Derek’s grandfather deserved.
